Welcome to Rick’s Body Shop. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (ricksbodyshop.net) and our services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

Rick’s Body Shop offers auto body repair, collision repair, frame straightening, paint services, and related automotive repair solutions. All services are subject to availability and may require a written estimate or prior authorization.

• Estimates are provided free of charge.

• Final repair costs may vary based on additional damage found during the repair process or changes in parts availability.

• Customers are responsible for approving repairs before work begins.

• We work directly with most major insurance companies to process claims.

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate insurance claim information.

• Any balance not covered by insurance (such as deductibles) is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and must be paid upon completion of repairs.

• Payment is due in full at the time of vehicle pickup.

• Accepted forms of payment: insurance company checks/drafts, Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, and cash. (No American Express or Discover.)

• Vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full.

All repairs performed by Rick’s Body Shop are covered under warranty for as long as you own your vehicle. This warranty covers workmanship and materials but does not cover:

• Subsequent damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect.

• Normal wear and tear or maintenance-related issues.

• Customers are expected to pick up their vehicle promptly once notified of completion.

• Vehicles left beyond a reasonable timeframe may be subject to daily storage fees.

• While your vehicle is in our care, we take all reasonable precautions to protect it. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to drop-off. We are not liable for loss of personal items left in the vehicle.

• Any disputes arising under these Terms or related to our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

• You agree that any claims or disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

• By using our services, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.

• Prior to formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

• Content on ricksbodyshop.net is provided for informational purposes only and may not always reflect the most current services or policies.

• Unauthorized use of our website or attempts to disrupt its functionality are prohibited.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
